Our return policy will be accepted within 10 days and must meet the below requirements. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not accept your return. 

Store Credit Returns Must Meet the Below Requirements:
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Merchandise must include ALL original tags including hang tags.
  • Only regular priced items may receive store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All Sale items are FINAL SALE (NO EXCEPTIONS)!!
  • Non Returnable items include final sale items, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories.
  • Include original invoice with your return.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • All items will be thoroughly inspected before being issued a store credit.
  • Please notify us immediately at contact@bellefemmecouture.com for any damaged or missing items.
